A few days ago I was reading about last meals on death rows.
How sad must it be to prison cooks who never get feedback on their special work (since last meals are, well, special). I mean, a prisoner's last words will never be
"Send my regards to the cook".
Would you be able to work as usual? Or would you take extra care to make everything perfect since it's gonna be a person's last meal ever? Even if the person in question must have done something horrible (to deserve death penalty).
Or maybe I just think too much about things that doesn't concern me...
